Delivery:Took longer to arrive than the service I paid for but not significantly so no issues. Quality: The goods looked good on the photos but were damaged during the delivery. Design: The design of the products is good but sadly were damanged upon arrival. Service: Customer service was great until the delivery but since then I have not been able to get the shipper to send replacements at their expense including the delivery cost, which they expect me to pay for and asked me to claim compensation from the shipper but the shipper only accepts claims from the sender. If the supplier will replace the goods free of charge including the delivery cost I will of course remove this negative review, but they have refused to do this every time I have requested it and while willing to resend the order free of charge, expect me to pay for the reshipping, which is completely unacceptable!!

As for the sample , the samples are finished very well as you described with design and quality. The only problem is on the Alibaba Online Shipping Forwarder. And I have tried my best to ask for the compensation due to the broken problems. But they always refused, and shared that the buyer should apply for the compensation from the local shipping forwarder. But your local shipping forwarder also refused to do so. It's the shipping forwarder that did the wrong thing and avoided the responsibility.
We're willing and without any doubt to re-make the sample replacement for you freely.
Even the boss was willing to pay $100 for the replacement sample shipping cost.
It means we're taking the responsibility about $100+$140=$240
But you just refused to make any concessions.
As you know, we just help you to arrange the the shipment via the shipping forwarder based on you don't have your own shipping agent, it not means they would be shipped by us, we're just the manufacturer.
